DETOX YOUR BODY CLEANSE

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION

  • During your consultation, we will discuss your nutritional goals, likes and dislikes, age, activity level, and blood type to determine the best solution for you. So you can feel better and support your body to heal through detoxification and nutritional reset.

    Investment: $88 for a 1-hour consultation.

  • For most cleanses, I like to suggest Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy Cleanse. I have no affiliation with them, but I believe the products are strong and give great results. For a gentler cleanse I would recommend Sonne's Organic Foods.

    Before starting I ask for a 3-day food journal, likes and dislikes, age, activity level, and blood type to be able to suggest the appropriate cleanse.

    What’s Included:

    Choices of different types of cleanses, green juices for every day, lymphatic massage, and extensive information about cleansing. Yoga, breathwork and meditation will be other tools taught to provide a holistic approach.

    Investment:

    Prices of cleanses vary depending upon the number of people participating and the length of time. Request a consultation for pricing.

  • I will plan healthy menus based on your personal likes and needs; complete with recipes for you to keep and use again.

    What’s Included:

    • A 2-week rotating menu complete with easy-to-follow recipes are included.

    • Up to 40 recipes tailored specifically to your needs.

MASSAGE THERAPY

    • Integrated: My typical massage is a combination of hot Stones, deep tissue, gentle stretching and Swedish tailored to your specific needs.

    • Swedish: Gentle effleurage in a soothing sequence to maximize relaxation.

    • Deep tissue: Deep Pressure is implemented in a specific way to release stubborn tense areas and provide relaxation and release for overused muscles.

    • Lymphatic drainage: A must in your massage repertoire for overall optimal health.Gentle pressure in a specific sequence to encourage blockage release and maximum lymph flow.

    • Reiki: Energy work used to move stagnant energy, reset and refresh the body, mind, and spirit.

    • Shiatsu: A specific sequence of acupressure used to treat the entire body from the organs to the spirit. An amazing and powerful treatment to reset the chi.

    • Reflexology: A specific set of acupuncture points used to treat specific areas of the body. A specific treatment will be developed for clients' individual needs. Primarily executed on the feet. A foot bath is included with this treatment.

    • Jin Shin Acupressure: A specific arrangement of acupressure points to elicit a specific response on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

    • Hot Stone: The use of Hot stones to release deep tension stored in the muscles. The weight of the stones allows for deep relaxation.

    • Stretching/Sports: This is an integrated massage involving specific stretches for bound-up areas; as well as, Swedish and intermittent deep tissue.

    • Cupping: The use of suction to release adhesive fascia. May be used alone or integrated into other types of massage.

    • Prenatal: A gentle, relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. Reiki, Swedish, and some gentle stretching to allow room for growth.

    • Infant: A gentle massage for newborns to release birth trauma. To implement the healing power of touch at an early age.

  • Each massage will include a personalized combination of aromatherapy, Hight Mountain Medicinals massage oil, hot stones, cups, and hot towels.

  • Appointments are available:

    • Monday 3-6, Thurs 3-6, Fridays 12-5

    • Sunday late afternoon appointments will be available twice a month.

    Pricing is different for mobile massage and given upon request; depending on travel time , and in home table availability.

    Deep Tissue alone is an extra $35

  • Kundalini yoga is a technology based on an understanding of the ecology of the human body. Hand positions(mudra), breath (pranayam), sound (mantra), posture, meditation, and motion are all employed to invite optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance within the Kundalini Yoga practitioner.

    All the sets,pranayam ,and meditations will be emailed to you after the class to use whenever you choose.

    Investment:

    • Private yoga instruction is $108 an hour

    • Package of 5 Private hour Sessions $500

  • Using nature; specifically, the plants and big trees to help us ground out and heal from life's stresses. Aromatherapy, nature chi gong, reiki, and breathwork will be taught to facilitate relaxation and wellness. To encourage the nature, mind, and body connection that allows for peace and contentment.

    Investment:

    • Individual 1-hour sessions are $45

    • Package of 5 individual 1-hour sessions is $200

    Where: All sessions can take place at The Sanctuary at 38 South Cedar St, Carbondale, CO 81623, in the privacy of your home (travel fee may be required), anywhere in nature or via Zoom.

    When: I am available Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm for these sessions.

  • Workshops in the high country to facilitate a reset of body, mind, and spirit. Plant medicine, nature balancing, good food, and fellowship.

    2 workshops will be offered in August and September - dates coming soon.

    Where: Come to our cabin on 40 acres at 10,600 feet in Little Cimmaron and let’s make medicine.

    When: We can’t wait to share the dates for our herbal self-rediscovery workshops /retreats!
